Email from us is delivered from either our own domains, @AventuraDanceCruise.com or from one of our event domains. To ensure proper delivery of our emails, take a moment now and add these domains to your address book, trusted sender list, or company whitelist.
If you are a registered guest of one of our events you will receive more frequent email updates regarding the event. These updates will alert you to new news items, remind you of our payment schedule and feature specials from our sponsors. Email is the most effective way for us to communicate with you and we appreciate you paying close attention to each of our notices. Unless specifically requested otherwise, guests of any Aventura Dance Cruise event are also placed on the general Aventura Dance Cruise newsletter subscription.
Data that we collect for our events is kept on record indefinitely while newsletter subscription data is kept only as long as you are an active subscriber. Opting out of any one of our newsletters will remove you from all of our newsletters so we encourage you to always MANAGE YOUR PREFERENCES prior to opting-out.
With the exception of guests booked for one of our events, Aventura Dance Cruise does not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from or about children under 13 except as permitted by law and with the permission of such child’s parent or guardian. If we discover we have received any information from a child under 13 in violation of this policy, we will delete that information immediately. This policy and the use of this website are governed by Florida law. Any claim related to the website or this policy shall be brought in a federal or state court in Miami, Florida, within one year after the claim arises. You agree no such claim may be brought as a class action. Users of this website consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such court as the most convenient and appropriate for the resolution of disputes concerning this policy. Aventura Dance Cruise is controlled, operated and administered entirely within the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please note the information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States. You hereby consent to this transfer.
